PARENT MEMO 38: June 1, 2022

Dear St. Patrick Catholic School Families,
This is the last parent memo for the 2021-2022 school year. Thank you so much for a
wonderful year! The faculty and staff are so appreciative of your support over the course of
this school year. We are looking forward to a relaxing summer!
The next parent communication will be sent out in early August. We will be moving to
electronic communications next year. You will get your orientation packet via email in August.
Please see the attached school calendar for orientation and first day of school.

SCHOOL HOURS DURING THE SUMMER
The school office will be open on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am to 2pm from
June 14th to July 29th. The school office will be closed from June 28th to July 11th.

AFTERCARE
If you plan to use aftercare next year, please be sure to fill out the form that came with your
enrollment paperwork. We need this information to plan for hiring purposes.

CLUBS
We are excited to bring clubs back for the 2022-2023 school year. All clubs will be run through
the aftercare program. Children will go to aftercare, eat a snack, and then proceed to their
club. After the club the children will return to aftercare for pick up. Offerings will be out over
the summer.

SPEED AGILITY AND CONDITIONING CAMP
All American Academy is hosting camp this summer. Please see link below and the attached flyer for
more information.

MEDICATIONS
If your child had medication at school, you need to pick it up the school. You can pick it up Thursday,
Friday, Monday, or Tuesday.

VOLUNTEERING AT ST. PATRICK CATHOLIC SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS
We can process volunteer applications over the summer. If you want to volunteer at the
school, you must complete the volunteer application which includes attending a Safe
Environment Training (SET)class. There are some online training courses each month. Please
see below.

In addition to attending the SET training, all volunteers need to complete an application with
the Diocese of Raleigh. You can turn your completed application into the front office.
