PARENT MEMO 4: September 14, 2021 Dear St. Patrick Catholic School Families, COVID UPDATE: Please be sure to keep your child home if a person in your household is being tested, has a pending test, or if your child has been exposed to COVID-19. Call or email the school to let us know of the situation and we will advise you on how to proceed. If your child is sick for any reason, he/she will need a negative COVID test or an alternate diagnosis before they may return to school. PARENT MEMO 3: August 31, 2021 Dear St. Patrick Catholic School Families, VOLUNTEERING AT ST. PATRICK CATHOLIC SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS We will be allowing limited volunteers in the school this year. If you want to volunteer at the school, you must complete the volunteer application which includes attending a Safe Environment Training (SET)class. There are a few online trainings this month. July 13, 2021    Dear St. Patrick Catholic School Families,    The 2021-2022 school year is upon us. I am very excited to start this school year and am looking forward to meeting all of you on Tuesday, August 17th at our Orientation Day Open House from 10:00am to 2:00pm.   Additionally, the faculty and staff look forward to meeting our new families and renewing friendships with returning families.      We plan to open school under plan A according to the NCDHHS Strong Schools NC Public Health Toolkit (K-12).  The latest COVID guidelines were updated on June 11, 2021.  We will operate the orientation day based on these guidelines unless new ones come out prior to the event.  At [...]

Ms. Larkin has over twenty-five years of experience in education, with twenty-one of those years in a Catholic school in the Diocese of Raleigh. She has taught preschool, third grade, fourth grade, fifth grade, seventh grade and eighth grade during her eighteen years as a classroom teacher.  She has served as the Assistant Principal at Saint Mary Magdalene Catholic School for the last seven years.
