All American Academy SPRING FINE ART PROGRAMhttps://www.spcsnc.org/presentations/2022-fine-arts-show SCHOOL BELTS We keep a supply of belts on hand in case your child forgets to put one on. They can come down and borrow one from the office. Our belts have “St. Patrick Catholic School” written on them in sharpie. Please check with your child to see if they have one to return. We will also accept any belts you would like to donate to the school. COVID UPDATE Saint Patrick Catholic School continues being mask optional but recommended. If you wish to change your mask preference email Micaela Shea and your child’s teacher. We are currently entering our fourteenth week with < 1% positive COVID 19 cases. As of right now, The Diocese of Raleigh and Saint Patrick Catholic School are hopeful to open the 2022-2023 school year with more normalcy then the past 6 months. Students will return to eating lunch in the lunchroom, classes will be able to mix during recess and middle schoolers will return to switching classes. We will closely monitor COVID 19 over the summer and share the exact opening plan with families in August. AFTERCARE We are now taking drop-ins for aftercare. If you need your child to stay after school on a drop-in basis, please email Amanda Gonzalez at [email protected] UNIFORM POLICY CHANGES There are some uniform policy changes that will occur over the remainder of the school year. Sneakers: Students should wear sneakers to school daily, but they do not have to be solid black. Moving forward sneakers should be “mostly black”. That means the sole may be white (or a color other than white) and the sides may have an additional color. For example, the sneaker may have a white Nike Swoosh, New Balance N, Adidas stripes, etc….on the sides of the sneaker. Leggings: students may wear plain, solid black leggings under their school uniform jumper, skirt, or skort in place of tights. Hair bows, headbands, and barrettes: Students may wear any color hair accessory to school. VOLUNTEERING AT ST.
